In this class led by wine expert, Julia Cochran, we will learn about the history and process of making rosé. Tasting 4 different styles including an Italian sparkling, French Provence, and two California renditions from Sonoma and Anderson Valley. Wine and cheese nibbles will be provided.

- Rosé ‘16, Château des Bertrands, Provence, France
- Rosé of Pinot Noir ‘16, Red Car, California  
- Rosé of Barbera ‘16, Dashe, Clarksburg
